    Helmet Buy Back Event – Terms & Conditions

    The Helmet Buy Back Event is valid only at Young Powersports Layton through September 30, 2025. By participating, customers agree to the following terms and conditions:

    1. Eligibility

    • •Offer valid only for in-store helmet trade-ins toward the purchase of a new helmet.

    • •The promotion is open to individual retail customers; dealer or bulk purchases are excluded.

    2. Trade-In Value

    • •Customers may receive up to 50% of their helmet’s original MSRP when trading in toward a new helmet priced $600 or more.

    • •Customers may receive up to 30% of their helmet’s original MSRP when trading in toward a new helmet priced under $600.

    • •Trade-in value is determined by Young Powersports staff at their discretion, based on:

      • 1 - Original MSRP (manufacturer’s suggested retail price at the time the helmet was new).

      • 2 - Age of the helmet.

      • 3 - Overall condition (including liner wear, shell integrity, safety certification, and absence of crash damage).

    3. Credit Application

    • •Trade-in value is applied as a discount on the new helmet purchase only.

    • •No cash value, gift cards, or store credit will be issued.

    • •Trade-in credit must be applied at the time of purchase.

    4. Condition Requirements

    • •Final eligibility and valuation are determined by Young Powersports staff.

    5. Limitations

    • •Credit amount cannot exceed the price of the new helmet purchased. Customers cannot trade in a high-value helmet to receive a lower-priced helmet for free.

    • •Offer cannot be combined with any other sales, discounts, or promotions.

    • •Limit one trade-in helmet per new helmet purchase.

    6. Promotion Period

    • •Valid for purchases made between August 1, 2025, and September 30, 2025.

    • •Promotion ends at close of business on September 30, 2025.

    7. General Terms

    • •Young Powersports reserves the right to modify or end this promotion at any time without notice.

    • •All trade-in decisions and final values are at the sole discretion of Young Powersports staff.

    • •By participating, customers agree to these Terms & Conditions.
